Degrees and Certifications:

Miss Angela Rock

I graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education N-12 and Elementary Education K-6, as well as a certification in English 7-12. In August 2013, I obtained a Master's Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Behavior from Bloomsburg University. I completed a Graduate Assistantship at the McDowell Institute for Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS).

My classroom is a positive place for students to learn and contemplate their next step toward, and after, graduation. Students have the opportunity to complete career-related exercises in class. I work with my students on their individual learning level. Students are exposed to a variety of genres in English and discuss topics relevant to the reading. The focus of the class is to allow the students to gain confidence in their abilities and advocate for themselves after completion of high school in the areas of reading and writing.

Students are welcome to come to my classroom for assistance with the general education curriculum. I am available during homeroom and after 4th period.
