HELLO! My name is Jennifer Makowski, SASD's Family & Consumer Sciences teacher, and I am looking forward to an exciting school year! I am a Mount Carmel Area High School graduate. After graduation I attended Bloomsburg University where I recieved my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Upon graduating, I earned my certification in Family & Consumer Sciences grades K-12. I then decided to pursue my Master's degree in Classroom Technology! I have been teaching at Shamokin Area School District for the past 11 years! Besides my career, my husband and I have three beautiful children! We love to travel, spend time cooking together, and going camping!
