Shamokin Area Elementary & Intermediate School

Hello! My name is Mrs Rennalls. I graduated with my Bachelors in Elementary and Special Education from Bloomsburg University in 2011, and then with my Masters in Special Education with a concentration in Literacy and Reading in 2015. I am married to my husband, who is also a special education teacher in the district. We have TWO sets of twin daughters, Gracelyn & Allison, and Irelyn & Emmersyn. We have a wonderful cockapoo named Tucker who is the joy of our lives.

As a family, we enjoy spending time together playing in the backyard, watching our older twins play AYSO soccer, as well as anything Disney. We enjoy going to amusement parks every summer as well as Zoo America and Chocolate World. 

I began teaching at Shamokin Area School District in August of 2012. I was at Northwestern Academy in the Special Education department working with students in grades 6-12 for the first 4 years I was with Shamokin. Then, in August 2016, I was moved to 3rd grade Learning Support. I spent 3 years working with those students. From the 2019-2022 school years, I worked in ESL / Gifted. I am now back in 3rd grade Learning Support and I love every day I get to see even the smallest of progress from my students!
