    Welcome to my page! My name is Deborah Young and this is my fourth year teaching in the Shamokin Area School District. I am excited to work with your child and to invest in his/her life throughout the school year. As we work hard in the areas of reading and math, my goal is to foster an environment where learning is valued and fun!

     Some supplies that your child will need this school year include: Pencils, erasers, and a clear or mesh bookbag. Tissues and hand sanitizer are always welcomed additions and would be greatly appreciated.
