Our Fall Sport Physicals are scheduled on July 28th, @ 10:00am. Students who plan on participating in a Fall sport should attend. Physicals will be done by Dr. Miller at a cost of $20.00 (cash only, no personal checks).  Fee must be paid at time of physical.  Physicals for the following sports:  JH, JV & Varsity Football; Golf, JH & Varsity Cross Country; Boys & Girls Soccer; Volleyball & JH Girls Basketball; JH Softball; & Cheerleaders.
 
PIAA Physical forms and SASD Athletic Policy packets must be picked up in the High School Principal’s Office.  The physical forms can also be downloaded from our school website.  All forms must be completed by a parent/guardian prior to arriving on July 28th in order to receive a physical examination.  Students who do not have a completed PIAA Physical Evaluation will not be permitted to participate in a Fall sport (including practices).
