IN SCHOOL, physical examinations will be held on:

• If your student does not have a private examination form completed and handed in to the school nurse for the respected grade level per PA State Law by the days listed above, your child will be seen in school by our district providers.
• These screenings are basic screenings. NO INVASIVE procedures will be done during the screening.
• If the screening results in any abnormalities, your child will be sent home with a referral for further evaluation by the coordinating provider.
