Hello all 7th and 8th grade parents/Guardians:

This letter is to inform you of the criteria for students to be able to attend the Hersheypark field trip and/or the Morp(prom backwards) dance held at the end of the school year.

In order to be eligible, students can not miss more than 13 days of school for the year including days tardy.  Students also can not be suspended from school for any reason nor can the student have 3 or more disciplinary referrals.  Students behavior in the cafeteria during lunch for the year will be taken into consideration.  Finally, students can not be failing any classes.

We wanted to get this information out to all parents/guardians and students as early in the school year as possible so there is no confusion as to eligibility.
