• January 12 — Final day to submit all Semester 1 coursework (by the end of the day)
• After this date, Semester 1 courses will close and students will no longer be able to access or revise work.
• January 13–16 — Teachers grading and finalizing Semester 1 grades
• January 16 — Semester 1 grades finalized
• January 19 — Semester 2 begins classes will be ready and Active. Students should log in to review schedules, pacing, and expectations. If any discrepancies are noted, families should contact the Spear team.
• January 23 — Report card grades begin posting in StudentVUE and ParentVUE
• February 9 — No School

• Daily: If a student is failing one or more classes at the close of the school day, an automatic Buzz email notification is sent to parents/guardians.
• If Buzz emails are not being received check your junk or spam folders first. If emails are still not appearing, contact Pearson Connexus Technical Support at 1 (844) 597-3224
• Semester 1 completed: Students who have completed all Semester 1 coursework have met attendance requirements and are not affected by the submission extension.
• Accelerated students : If your child has already begun Semester 2 coursework through the accelerated completion option, please notify the Spear team of any scheduling concerns so they can be addressed.
• Ongoing: Families should monitor progress using ParentVUE, StudentVUE, and the Connexus Observer Dashboard.
• Communication — Families may message the Spear team directly through the ParentSquare app.
