Good afternoon,
This message is for the parents of students in 7th, 11th and 12th grade for the upcoming 2025 and 2026 school year.
 
 For attendance in 7th grade; 1 dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) on the first day of 7th grade. 1 dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) on the first day of 7th grade is required to participate. PA state law requires a dental exam to be completed in 7th grade.
 
11th grade students: PA state law requires a physical examination to be completed in 11th grade. If your child has completed this exam, fax records to 570-648-0601 and include updated immunization records. Your child is required to have a second meningococcal vaccine for entry to 12th grade.
 
For attendance in 12th grade; 1 dose of MCV on the first day of 12th grade. If one dose was given at 16 years of age or older, that shall count as the 12th grade dose. On the first day of 12th grade unless the child has had a medical or religious exemption, a child must have had the mentioned vaccines or risk exclusion.
