Spring sports physicals will be on Tuesday, February 10th at 10:00AM in the high school principal’s office. Anyone planning to play a spring sport (baseball, softball, varsity boys and girls track & field, junior high track & field, junior high boys and girls soccer) that hasn’t had a physical yet this year must get one to participate. The cost for a physical is $20 cash. Physical packets can be picked up in the principal’s office. The physical packet must be filled out on pages 1-6 prior to the physical exam on Tuesday.

Student athletes who have already participated in a sport this year, having already had a physical, must complete a re-certification form (at no cost). Re-certification forms can be picked up in the principal’s office as well.
