Complete Immunizations: 7th & 12th graders

A Message from the High School Nurse
Attention Parents/Guardians of Incoming 7th and 12th Grade Students:
This is a reminder that all required immunizations must be completed before the first day of school.
Required Immunizations:
- 7th Grade: Tdap and Meningococcal (MCB/MenACWY) vaccines
- 12th Grade: One dose of the Meningococcal vaccine administered on or after age 16
All newly enrolled or transferring students are required to submit a complete immunization record at the time of enrollment.
Please schedule any needed appointments with your healthcare provider as soon as possible to ensure your student is in compliance before school begins. If you have any questions, please contact the High School Nurse.
